You can be confident that your child is having a learning experience unique to them on Math-Whizz. Using the results of their assessment, which measures up to 14 topics in math, the tutor constructs an evolving lesson plan which focuses on the areas your child struggles in and keeps them challenged in the areas at which they excel. The goal is to make sure that your child is performing well across all areas of math so they are in a pole position to shine.

Math Age

To make it easy for you to get a sense of where your child is in maths, we created the concept of Math Age. It is a simple concept. Once your child has completed the assessment on Math-Whizz, you can see their Math Age. If your child is eight years old and their Math Age is 8, they are roughly where they should be. In your Parent Dashboard you can see your child’s progress as they develop and grow.

Accelerated learning

As a parent you can get the best out of Math-Whizz for your child by scheduling 45 to 60 minutes a week on Math-Whizz. That hour doesn’t have to be done all at once. 15-minute chunks a few times a week works best.

By doing this, you can expect your child’s confidence to improve and accelerate their Math Age. Indeed students who use Math-Whizz for 60 minutes per week improve their Math Age by, on average, eighteen months in their first year.

Annual and monthly subscriptions both renew automatically at the end of each subscription period.

I have multiple children, is there a discount for multiple subscriptions?

We offer a discount for multiple subscriptions on both annual and monthly plans. If you have a monthly subscription, each additional monthly subscription you add to your account will cost just $19.99/month. If you have an annual subscription, each additional annual subscription will cost just $149.99/year and each additional monthly subscription will cost just $19.99/month.

What is the Math-Whizz money-back guarantee?

We strive to ensure that you have the best possible experience with Math-Whizz. That’s why you are covered by the following guarantee if you meet all of the following conditions.

If, in relation to the premium Service, Math-Whizz Tutoring Plus, all of the following conditions are satisfied, namely:

a period of 1 year has elapsed since you paid an annual Subscription or, if you are initially a monthly Subscriber, since you paid the first monthly Subscription; and

for an initial monthly Subscriber, either 12 monthly payments for Math-Whizz Tutoring Plus have been made or a lesser number of monthly payments for Math-Whizz Tutoring Plus plus an annual Subscription for Math-Whizz Tutoring Plus (if you decide to convert your monthly Subscription to an annual); and

the usage report about your Student shows that he or she has spent at least 52 hours in Tutor Mode on Math-Whizz Tutoring Plus exercises within the one year period since the Subscription began (equivalent to 60 minutes per week); and

having completed the initial Math-Whizz Tutoring Plus assessment without assistance, your Student’s average Math Age has not improved by 1 year or more from the average Math Age at his/her initial Math-Whizz Tutoring Plus assessment as recorded in your student’s progress Report; and

you contact us by email to request your money back within 15 days of the end of the one year period since the Subscription began,

then we will refund the whole of the subscription fees you have paid with respect to that Student for the period of one year (pro rating any annual subscription paid in conversion of a monthly subscription within the one-year period so that the amount of it refunded corresponds to the number of months which have elapsed between payment of the annual subscription and the end of the one-year period).
