Ben Slack
Ben was a primary school teacher for 9 years. His role as US partnerships Director for Whizz Education enables him to share his experiences of using Math-Whizz throughout his teaching career, offering unique insight for the teachers and educational leaders that he works with daily.
Aileen Madayag
Aileen possesses a robust educational background and brings over a decade of experience working with Whizz Education in Dubai. She works in close collaboration with schools in the UAE and various international settings, ensuring effective implementation of Whizz’s solutions.
Andy Clay
Andy has been supporting schools to improve their learning outcomes across the UK. He has spent the last thirty years in education, both as a teacher and in helping schools to implement technology.

As Head of Support & Quality Assurance, Vanessa leads the team in addressing customer queries. She ensures interactions reflect values of quality, efficiency, professionalism, and warmth, striving to exceed expectations.
Vanessa also plays a pivotal role in the PDQ team, testing new features and maintaining functionality, bridging the gap between customer needs and product innovation for a seamless user experience.
Thomas Rushby
Meet Thomas, our Tech whizzard! Thomas is the go-to guy for all things technical, managing and resolving any issues that come the support team’s way. With his troubleshooting superpowers, he provides quick and effective solutions to keep everything running smoothly. Whether it’s a simple fix or a tricky dilemma, Thomas is always ready to save the day and keep our customers smiling!

Peris has over 10 years of experience in customer support, having worked in various customer-facing roles. Richard, CEO and co-founder of Whizz Education, holds a BA and MA in Mathematics from Oxford University. He leads the team in supporting the mission to elevate education standards through individualized learning, collaborating with global partners for research and innovation.
Rosalyn Amliwala
Joining Whizz in 2025, Rosalyn brings a wealth of experience as a chartered accountant (CIMA) with a passion for leading businesses through transformation, scale up, and readiness for transformational change. Roz’s main goal is to ensure our finances, people, processes and systems are effective and enable the business to thrive
Emma Ringe
Emma, with over two decades of experience in EdTech, is an expert in revolutionising learning. She has transformed classrooms into dynamic learning environments and aims to make education more interactive, accessible, and efficient. Emma’s ultimate goal is to leverage technology to break down barriers in education.
